Sport Bookings

• indoor non-marking shoes required when using gym for sports, remove outdoor shoes in lobby/hallway

• please add a note while making a booking request for the sporting equipment you would like to use so we can try and have it setup for you

• all sports equipment should be put back where it was found and garbage placed in the bins in the hallway

Other Bookings

• only setup for a full day rental can be arranged the day/evening before if the gym is not booked

• tables and chairs are included subject to availability; setup and tear-down is responsibility of renter

• rented space should be left in the same condition as it was found (i.e. garbage to be taken out, floors swept and spills mopped)

  • a cleaning fee will be invoiced if rented space is not left in reasonable condition
