Each booking requires payment as per the price indicated. This amount can be used at NIO Café during your booking and is non-refundable.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the total amount.

Bringing and consuming your own food and drinks is not allowed.

N.B. NIO & firefly Users (car owners & co-owners) are exempt from the above mentioned payment.
