You’re invited!

Join us for a day at La Monnaie, Belgium’s national opera house in Brussels, bringing together theatre professionals, sound teams, system designers, and technical decision-makers to explore the future of performing arts production.

Date: Tuesday November 10th, 2026

Time: 09:30am - 06:00pm

Location: Ateliers de la Monnaie Rue Léopold 23, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium, room: Fiocco

The schedule will begin with an introduction to Lawo and our vision for the future of production technology. This will be followed by two focused sessions:

mc² Consoles for Performing Arts: Innovation Meets Creative Control

This session looks at how Lawo’s mc² mixing consoles support sound designers and operators working in theatre and live performance. We’ll cover the practical features that matter in production, including show automation, snapshot management, and integration with familiar creative tools. We’ll also look at recent developments such as OSC connectivity, d&b Soundscape integration, and QLab control, and how they can help teams build smoother workflows, make faster creative decisions, and deliver more immersive audience experiences without compromising reliability.

Lawo Media Infrastructure for Theatres: Building the Connected Stage

This session explores how Lawo’s media infrastructure can help theatres move towards more connected, IP-based production workflows. We’ll discuss how audio, video, control, and system management can come together on a unified platform, making day-to-day operations simpler and future expansion easier to manage. Using practical performing arts examples, we’ll show how solutions such as HOME and standards-based networking can improve collaboration between departments, reduce complexity, and give venues a flexible foundation for future productions.

The formal presentation will conclude with an insight into the venue itself, presented by a member of the La Monnaie theatre team, offering a first-hand view of the facility, its production environment, and the practical demands of a modern opera house.

Throughout the day Lawo solutions experts will be available at our mini tech fair for personal consultations, hands-on demonstrations, and in-depth technical discussions, ensuring you can explore topics of interest at your own pace.

Attendees will gain practical ideas, technical context, and real-world perspectives on how advanced audio, control, and infrastructure solutions can support more flexible, collaborative, and immersive productions.

Focused presentations of our latest products and solutions
Live demos and hands on time throughout the day at our mini tech fair
