Alan (He/Him) is a counsellor and psychotherapist accredited with the Irish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (IACP) and a member of Psychologists Protection Society (PPS).

Alan’s training consists of a BA (Hons) Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, an MA in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy and he is currently engaged in a PhD doctorate of psychotherapy. Alan has been working with clients in therapy since 2016 and lecturing in psychotherapy since 2020.

Alan’s way of working is predominantly humanistic and collaborative. Using an integrative and pluralistic approach, he draws on multiple modes of psychotherapy to tailor therapy to each client. He works with clients aged 16+ and has a special interest in LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse communities.
