Handbuilding is our open ceramics studio offering for independent work with clay. Whether you'd like to create mugs, bowls, decorative ceramics, or your own creative projects, you're free to explore different handbuilding techniques and work at your own pace.

Please note that this is not a guided class. Open Studio is designed for guests who enjoy working independently. Our team is available to assist with organizational questions, but continuous step-by-step instruction is not included in the offering.

Your booked session includes both your creative working time and the time needed to clean your workspace at the end of the session. We kindly ask all participants to allow enough time for cleaning tools and leaving their workspace tidy.

Clay and materials are charged separately based on usage. The material fee includes glazing and firing of your finished pieces.

Material costs are CHF 25 per kilogram after firing. Once your piece has been fired, it will be weighed and the final material price will be calculated based on its finished weight. This ensures that you only pay for the material actually used in your completed ceramic piece.
