Hello, I'm Paddy, a fully accredited psychotherapist and accredited member of the

Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).

I believe that every person deserves a space where they can feel heard, accepted, and

understood without judgement. Reaching out for therapy can be one of the hardest steps to

take, and I strive to create a warm, safe, and supportive environment where you can explore

whatever is bringing you to therapy.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I tailor each session to your individual needs because I

recognise that no two people or experiences are the same. I work with adults experiencing

anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, addiction, grief, and

those who feel stuck or are searching for greater meaning and direction in life.

Alongside my one-to-one work, I am an experienced group facilitator and have seen

first-hand the power of people coming together in a supportive therapeutic environment.

Group therapy can offer connection, understanding, and hope, reminding us that we don't

have to face life's challenges alone.

I feel privileged to walk alongside people during some of the most difficult times in their lives.

My aim isn't to tell you what to do, but to help you better understand yourself, build on your

strengths, and develop the confidence to move towards the life you want to live.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling with past experiences, or simply looking for
