Dagmara Haberla | Integrative & Trauma-Informed Psychotherapist (IFS Trained)

Client Groups: Adults & Adolescents (11+)

Integrative, Trauma-Informed Psychotherapist. Internal Family Systems (IFS) trained with the IFS Institute.

Specializing in Relationships, Past Trauma & Neuro-Affirming (ASD) Therapy

As an integrative, trauma-informed psychotherapist trained with the IFS Institute, I help adults and adolescents navigate internal conflict, heal past wounds, and build genuine resilience.

My practice is neuro-affirming, creating a safe, validating space for autistic individuals to unburden heavy patterns without masking who they are.

Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) alongside personalized therapeutic tools, we work together to harmonize your inner world, helping your inner critics, managers, and inner children step back so your authentic Self can lead. If you are ready to move from survival mode into grounded self-leadership, self-love, and inner peace, I am here to guide the way.

If you'd like to do Inner Child work and address self-abandonment, build boundaries, and learn how to consciously love, please get in touch.

Based in the centre and online.
