🐒 Parkour Group Training for ages 4-6

Move through play – discover with courage

In the weekly Parkour Group Training for children aged 4-6, our youngest participants discover the world of movement playfully. Climbing, balancing, jumping, and rolling are taught in a child-friendly way and with a lot of imagination.

The focus is on fun, a love of movement, and first successes – without the pressure to perform. The children get to know their own body and their abilities, strengthen their self-confidence, and move safely within a group.

The course offers:

Weekly Parkour group training (subscription required)
Playful, age-appropriate parkour sessions
Supervision by experienced instructors
Small groups with a maximum of 10 children
