Welcome to our Booking Page

On this page, you can easily and quickly book various resources, such as parking spaces, meeting rooms, or training sessions.

Public Resources: On the homepage, you can see what can be booked without logging in.
Login: Log in with your h_da email address. This will categorize you as either "Staff" or "Students."
Selection: Find the resource you need, such as parking spaces or meeting rooms.
Booking: Choose a time slot and fill out the form.
Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your booking. The email will also contain details on how to use the resource.

Severely Disabled Persons: Severely disabled persons can apply for special permissions. More information is available in the individual categories.
Guests: Guests can also book certain resources. These resources are visible without logging in.
