Booking Policy:

Open Play sessions require a minimum of 5 confirmed participants to proceed.
Your booking will remain on hold until the minimum participant threshold is met and a trainer confirms the session.
Once confirmed, you will receive a notification via the booking system.

Cancellation Policy:

If the minimum number of players is not reached 2 hours before the session, it will be cancelled, and you will not be charged.
If a confirmed session is cancelled by the venue or trainer due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit will be provided.
Participants who cancel their booking less than 24 hours before a confirmed session will not be eligible for a refund.
You will receive a refund of 50% in case of cancellation before 24 hours.
