Paul offers both couples and individual counselling appointments on Sundays, ideal for anyone who cannot commit to sessions during a busy working week.

Paul has an Honours Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy from IACP & a Certificate in Couples Counselling from PCI College. He is a pre-accredited member of BACP.

His approach to Therapy is based on the belief that every individual wants to be the best version of themselves. Sometimes, life’s challenges prevent you from achieving this. Paul aims to provide a safe, empathetic and confidential place to help you move forward and become the person that you want to be.

He works as an Integrative Therapist using a person-centred approach and drawing on modalities such as CBT and Psychodynamic Theories, working together to explore your unique experiences, challenges, hopes and dreams/aspirations.

He has developed expertise in a wide range of areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem and relationship issues. He has worked with clients’ addiction issues and suicidal ideations. He has worked with many couples to help them improve and navigate their relationship issues.
