What are the payment processing fees?
anny offers the best payment processing fees in the field of workspace management and ticketing. These are 5% of the total amount plus 40 cents per booking, subscription, or booking package. The payout of all revenue is automatic, quick, and without additional requests.
How does upgrading or downgrading my plan work?
You can change your plan at any time in the account settings, and the upgrade or downgrade will take effect at the next possible opportunity.
Can I try anny for free?
Yes, the Starter Package is permanently available for free. The paid packages can be tested for free for 14 days.
How does the onboarding in anny take place?
All our plans include access to our free live chat and a comprehensive help center with step-by-step guides and helpful articles. Additionally, enterprise customers benefit from a dedicated account manager who actively assists with the setup process. Existing resources and bookings can be easily imported. After successful setup, there is a structured handover followed by regular check-in meetings with account management. Our support team is based in Germany and is always ready to assist reliably.
