What is the German Customer Award?

The German Customer Award (GCA®) annually honors companies in Germany that demonstrate outstanding performance in customer satisfaction, service, transparency, and digitalization. The aim is to make organizations visible that not only promise customer centricity but also demonstrably live it.

The evaluation is conducted objectively and data-based using a standardized evaluation model. It incorporates seven main criteria with a total of 131 sub-criteria, including transparency, communication, customer feedback, accessibility, customer loyalty, public awareness, and digitalization.

With this methodology, the German Customer Award aims to make customer experiences measurable and support companies in optimizing their service level in the long term.
