Automatically adjust your resource availability

Absences of your employees, such as vacation or illness, are synchronized in real time and directly impact resource availability in anny. Additionally, you can individually determine which types of absences should automatically cancel your employees' bookings that fall within the absence period.

Thanks to the HRworks integration, employee master data such as department and role can be automatically transferred to anny. This eliminates duplicate data management and sources of errors in your company.

How it works, step by step

To connect HRWorks with anny, log into HRWorks and navigate to the following page: Basics > Integrations > HRworks API > Tab Key Pairs

Click "New Key Pair"
Select the template "Default" from the dropdown menu
Download the text file with Access Key and Secret Access Key
Enter the received Access Key and Secret Access Key into the corresponding fields and click "Check Authentication"
