Automated cancellations for no-shows

Specify the types of absences for which bookings should be automatically cancelled. anny and Personio automatically sync with each other. If an employee is absent in Personio, anny adjusts all affected bookings and resources accordingly.

Transferring Home Office Days

Individually determine which resource triggers the automatic creation of an absence in Personio upon booking. For example, booking the resource "Homeoffice" could trigger the creation of the absence "Homeoffice" in Personio.

How it works, step by step

To connect Personio with anny, log in to Personio and navigate to the following page: Settings > INTEGRATIONS > API Access Data

Click "Add new access data"
Enter a name, for example, "anny API key"
Select the "Other" integration
Check the box for scopes in the table
Click "Generate new access data", enter the generated client ID, and "Verify authentication"
