This is what you will contribute:
- As a product expert, your strength lies in customer service for new and existing customers.
- You support the setup of customer accounts.
- You'll visualize what our customers want from our map feature, mapping buildings and spaces onto real maps to take the booking experience to the next level.
- You manage your own projects in consultation with the entire team.
What you bring:
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail
- Enjoy communicating with customers
- Confident appearance in speech and writing: You should find it easy to independently formulate emails and make phone calls
- Motivation to bring a new digital product to market across industries
- Ongoing studies, ideally in the field of architecture, civil engineering or another relevant field
- 16-20 hours per week time to support the sales team
