How is the ROI calculated for anny AI?
The calculator compares two values: the revenue you lose from missed calls, and the cost of anny AI. The difference is your net profit! For the lost revenue, we assume that 50% of your missed calls would have turned into a booking, multiplied by your average booking value. The costs are based on your monthly call volume and your plan, including the base fee, free minutes, and price per minute. To calculate your time savings, we also factor in an extra 3 minutes of post-call processing time per call.
