Junior Account Executive (m/f/d)

Your core responsibilities with us are:
- Maintain CRM (Pipedrive) and research potential leads, RFPs and opportunities.
- Drive acquisition and upsell as well as acquire new customers by targeting them via phone, email or similar.
- Customer support of new and existing customers as a product expert
- Preparation and execution of webinars, live demos and trainings of our system
- Management of independent projects
What you bring:
- Enthusiasm and first practical experience in B2B sales (ideally in the software industry)
- Motivation to bring a new digital product to market across industries
- Confident demeanor, enjoys customer communication and product presentation, and has good negotiation skills
- Confident communication in writing and speaking: independently formulating e-mails and making phone calls should be easy for you
- Initial experience working with a CRM such as Pipedrive.
- Very good English skills
- Completed commercial vocational training or studies in the field of economics or a similarly relevant field
