anny is the AI-first software that helps small and medium-sized businesses manage everything they make bookable: appointments, courses, rooms, workstations, equipment, sports facilities, or workshop spaces. Over 1,500 companies already work with anny, from coworking spaces and sports centers to diving schools, therapy rooms, medical practices, and municipalities.
Our vision: companies should be able to run their business as easily as if they had an entire team backing them up. That's why we built anny from the ground up as AI-first. With anny Assistant, our customers accept bookings over the phone, in website chat, or via WhatsApp. The AI checks availability and prices in real-time, answers questions, and completes bookings directly within the conversation—24/7 and in multiple languages. Internally, everything can be managed via chat too: creating, changing, and managing bookings right down to the last detail. This transforms anny from a simple booking tool into a digital team member that handles the daily grind so companies can focus entirely on their customers.

Your role
You'll ensure our customers succeed with anny, right from their initial onboarding to their daily operations. You will help them set up anny and anny AI perfectly, making sure no request or booking ever falls through the cracks. Your main focus will be on small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in Germany and increasingly on an international scale. Plus, you'll get to work with a cutting-edge, AI-first support setup!

You use AI tools to make support and onboarding better and more scalable
You collect customer feedback, share it with the product team, and help shape anny directly

Your pay
€42,000–€50,000 gross per year.
