Automated app access to booked rooms with EVVA AirKey
Connect EVVA AirKey with anny and automatically create digital access to booked rooms exactly when the booking starts. No manual approval, no key handovers, and zero waiting times!
About EVVA
EVVA is an Austrian manufacturer of high-quality mechanical and electronic locking systems, featuring AirKey, their premier digital access control solution.
Digital access control for EVVA-secured resources
With the EVVA AirKey integration, anny automatically manages access to booked rooms, areas, and resources equipped with EVVA AirKey locks. This instantly turns every booking into a secure, perfectly timed app-based access key for the right person.
Book rooms instantly—no manual approvals needed!
Users book a closed room or area as usual via anny and automatically receive the corresponding app access before the booking starts. This allows EVVA-secured resources to be used flexibly without admins having to manually create access rights or hand over keys.
Automatically grant access right on time with anny
Digital access is created just in time and linked to the user via their saved mobile number. EVVA automatically sends an email or SMS 30 minutes before the booking starts, so the app access can be set up and the booked resource can be used right on time.
